Ingredients required for this cocktail 
For 1 glass you need:
- 45ml horseradish-infused tequila & mezcal 
- 15ml Cynar 
- 15ml butternut syrup 
- 20ml lime  

For the horseradish-infused tequila & mezcal, 1L
- 1⁄2 sprig horseradish 
- 500ml tequila 
- 200ml mezcal 

Slice the horseradish into thin strips and infuse in tequila and mezcal. Leave to infuse for 48 hours. 
Filter and set aside. 

For the butternut syrup, 1.5L: 
- 3 or 4 butternuts 
- 1kg white sugar 

Peel and chop butternuts into large pieces. Filter through a gauze. Add water if necessary to reach 1L. Heat over high heat with sugar. When boiling, lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. 
Strain and set aside. 

Serve and enjoy!
