Ingredients required for this cocktail

For 1 glass you need:
- 45ml vanilla-infused calvados 
- 15ml skinos 
- 15ml leek shrub with cider vinegar 
- 15ml verjus 

For the vanilla-infused calvados, 1L
You need:
- 70cl calvados 
- 1 fresh vanilla pod 

Cut the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the seeds and place the whole pod (including the stem) in the bottle of calvados.  

For the leek and cider vinegar shrub, 1.5L:
- 30cl cider vinegar
- 70cl water
- whole leek
- 1kg white sugar 

Cut the leek into thin strips. Cook in a saucepan. When it begins to color, add the cider vinegar. Add the water and sugar. Stir over high heat until the sugar has dissolved. When boiling, lower the heat and let simmer for 5min.
